Who are we and what do we do with your personal data?
Basis Information Technology S.r.l., based in via Valentini 14, 59100, Prato, from now on the Data Controller, protects the confidentiality of your personal data and guarantees them the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of breach.
How does Basis Information Technology S.r.l.collect and process your data?
The Data Controller collects and/or receives information about you, such as: IP address personal identification data (such as first name, last name, email address, telephone, professional role) released during the navigation of the website www.uassist.basisgroup.com They serve the Owner for the management of the site and to respond to your request to receive information, including commercial if you agree. The communication of your personal data takes place mainly towards third parties and/ or recipients whose activity is necessary for the accomplishment of the activities related to the aforementioned purposes, and also to meet certain legal obligations. Any communication that does not meet these purposes will be subject to your prior consent.
Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way or disclosed to indeterminate subjects.
The Data Controller does not transfer your personal data abroad. Your personal data will not be disseminated or disclosed in any way to indeterminate and not identifiable even as third parties.

How and for how long are your data stored?

Personal data are stored, in case in electronic files protected by effective and adequate security measures to counter the risks of breach considered by the Owner. For the time necessary for the fulfillment of information requests and for the sending of communications of such an exclusive nature that the Owner carries out following your request and in any case for a period not exceeding a maximum of 2 years, except in cases where they occur, events that involve the intervention of the competent Authorities, also in collaboration with third parties/recipients who are entrusted with the computer security activity of the Data Controller, to carry out any investigation of the causes that determined the event.
The personal data processed by the Data Controller for marketing purposes (direct, market research and research) will be kept for 24 days by the Data Controller unless, as a result of exercising your rights, you are required to delete the data.
What are your rights?
Compatible with the above-mentioned time limits for the processing of personal data concerning you, the rights that you are granted allow you to always have control of your data. Your rights are those of:
- restriction of treatment;
- opposition of treatment;
Your rights are guaranteed to you without any special obligations and formalities for the request of their exercise, which is essentially free of charge. You have the right:
- to obtain a copy, even in electronic format, of the data of which you have requested access. Should I require further copies, the Holder may charge you a reasonable fee;
- to obtain the cancellation of the same or the restriction of processing or even the update and rectification of your personal data and that your request is also complied with by third parties/ recipients in the event that they receive your data, unless more legitimate reasons prevail than those that determined your request (e.g. environmental investigations and risk containment determined by the emergency managed by them through the Owner);
- to obtain any useful communication regarding the activities carried out following the exercise of your rights without delay and in any case, within one month of your request, unless extended, reasoned, up to two months that must be duly communicated to you.

Who can you complain to?
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or with the one that carries out its tasks and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.
